A suit is your battle armour
While it's always good to experiment with trends, nothing beats the power of a well-cut suit. Do as Beckham does and repurpose your work suit for smart-casual occasions by pairing it up with a fresh pair of white trainers and a block-colour T-shirt.
Try a statement tie
If, like Beckham, you tend to stick to classic suit colours and cuts, you'll want to knot-on something bolder underneath your collar. This doesn't mean breaking-out anything too audacious - keep the tones complementary and try a subtle print such as a monochrome pin-dot or a Repp stripe.
All-black everything
When it comes to his downtime attire, you'll generally find that Beckham favours one colour above all others: black. Not only does
the colour give the impression of an instant slim-down, you'll probably find you already own a lot of the capsule basics needed to nail this look - a leather biker jacket, a basic black T-shirt, a wool top-coat. Our tip? Do as Beckham does and anchor everything to a pair of slim-fit black jeans - and a pair of beautifully patinated dark brown boots.

Don't just stick with the same old haircut
The man bun, the buzz cut, the side-sweep, the modern mullet (really) - just some of the haircuts we've seriously enjoyed seeing Beckham sport. If you've been guilty of carrying the same style above your shoulders for the past few years, it's about time you booked yourself in for a more 2015-friendly chop.
